This is the tenth Summer Show that appears in our archives.

‘Chess’ is the 1986 musical based around a chess tournament that takes place during the Cold War era, with music from Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus, and lyrics from Tim Rice.  A concept album of the same name was released two years prior to the premiere of the musical.
